Cancellation Policy

Sometimes a customer may wish to modify or cancel an order and request for a refund for various reasons such as:

  • Order placed twice by mistake.
  • Wrong model selected.
  • Wrong quantity added to cart.
  • Or just a change of mind.
Keeping the above circumstances in mind, we have framed a Cancellation Policy which is as under:

  • A customer can cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order by contacting us.
  • Cancellation request after 24 hours will be considered only if the item is not yet shipped.
  • Cancellation request cannot be accepted if the item has been shipped.
  • Full refund will be made to the customer.
  • The mode of refund will be the same as the one selected by the customer at the payment gateway, to make the payment.
  • It may take 7 to 10 working days for the refund amount to be credited back into the customer's account.
  • In certain cases, such as technical issues at the payment gateway, we may make refund through NEFT or Cheque subject to our discretion.
