Domestic Shipping and Handling

  • We offer free shipping for all our products across India.

  • Ordered Items are shipped by Speed Post or through Courier Service across India. If the aforesaid services are not available, the ordered items will be dispatched through Registered Post Parcel.

  • In some cases the buyer may have to take the delivery of parcel from the post office.

  • All orders are processed by us within 2 to 5 working days.

  • All the orders can be tracked online. Tracking id is mailed to the buyer after shipping the items.

  • Most of our parcels are delivered within 5 to 10 days from the date of shipment. Occasionally, in very rare circumstances, it may also take 15 to 20 days for delivery, depending upon the shipping address.

  • If the parcel is not received within 15 days from the date of shipment, please contact us.

International Shipping and Handling

  • International Shipping Charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout.

  • Buyers have the option of choosing the shipping service. The services available are International Speed Post Service by India Post, International Registered Airmail by India Post and also Courier Services.

  • All International orders are processed by us within 5 working days.

  • Parcels shipped through courier services can be tracked online and are usually delivered within 5 to 10 working days. Please contact us if the parcel shipped through courier is not delivered within 15 days from the date of shipping.

  • Parcels shipped through India Post are usually delivered within 15 to 20 days from the date of shipping. However in certain rare circumstances, it may also take up to 60 working days for delivery, depending upon the country of shipment. For parcels shipped through India Post, tracking facility is not available for some countries.  Please contact us if the parcel is not delivered within 40 days from the date of shipping so that we can file a complaint with India Post.

Domestic Returns and Exchange Policy

We take utmost care to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Each and every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. Goods are properly packed so that they don't get damaged during transit. Normally our customers never find it necessary to return the item. But keeping our customer satisfaction in mind, we have framed the following return policy.

  • If the product is received in a damaged condition, please send it back to us within 5 days from the date of delivery. The damaged product will be replaced by us free of cost with a similar piece.
  • As our products are handcrafted, we have mentioned only approximate size, dimensions and weight. There can be a slight difference in the dimensions and weight of the actual product as no two handcrafted products are always identical. Please do not raise a return request for this marginal difference in specifications.
  • We have tried our best to display the colour and pictures of products as they are. But due to different display resolutions of different monitors, there may be some difference in colours displayed. However if you still feel that the product is not as per the picture, you can request for refund.
  • If you don't like the product for any other reason, please login to your account within 3 days from the date of receipt of parcel and go to the order history tab. From your order details, select the Returns Button and submit your request for return along with the reason for return. We will get back to you with Return Authorisation Code. Please ship the item back within 3 days from the date of receiving the authorisation code. The return parcel should be properly packed to ensure that the item does not get damaged in transit. As soon as the item is received by us in good condition, you will get refund equal to the invoice value in the form of Store Credit. This credit amount can be used for purchasing any other item from us.
International Returns and Exchange Policy

  • As the cost of International Shipments is very high, we do not accept any requests for returns or exchange from International Buyers.
  • However, we inspect the product properly and take utmost care in packing so that our International Buyers find no reason for returning the product.
